Booking

The High Field Huts must be booked in advance, with a £50 deposit. 

The High Field Huts are available to book 7 days a week from midday until close.

Deposit and reservation of a High Field Hut confirms you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of booking.

Authorisation and card information is held securely on file.

Minimum spend

A minimum spend for each booking is required when you book. If minimum spend is not met, the difference must be paid.

Minimum spend for bookings Monday to Thursday is £150. Minimum spend Friday, Saturday & Sunday is £250.

Bank Holiday Mondays will be subject to the Friday to Sunday Minimum Spend of £250.

Bank Holidays & Christmas

Over the festive period minimum spends are expected to be subject to a package booking, including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. 

Minimum spends between 28th November – 24th December will be £300 per pod.

Cancellations & No Shows

In the event of a local lock down or a national one – your hire charge will be fully refunded. Please talk to us if you have any illness in your party and have to cancel for this reason- we can simply change the date and postpone your table for up to 6 months. 

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. Payment of minimum spend will be taken from the card in the event of a no-show for the booking.
