Celebrate Christmas in the city…

xmasTH

Did you know the High Field Town House has now been open six months? Where’s the time gone? If you haven’t been in to have a look yet, then the next few weeks might be the perfect chance. Set in a Victorian villa in leafy Edgbaston, just next door the Birmingham’s best gastropub (us!), our boutique hotel is the ideal place to  rest your feet after all that shopping spree or two.

Plus, the dark nights are now upon us, the Christmas ads have started, and we don’t know about you, but we’re really starting to feel festive. There;s so much going on in the city over the next six weeks, giving you every excuse to visit, and join us for an overnight stay. The Town House really is your haven in the city. With country house charm, yet minutes from the city, it’s a real home from home.

The German Market kicked off yesterday, and is a sure sign that Christmas is just around the corner. This year we’ve also got the added bonus that it’s running right through till 29th December. Make the most of your visit and enjoy a glühwein or two, before crashing over in the Town House for the night. We’ve got an offer just for you during the market period, give our reservations team a call on 0121 247 6466 and quote ‘Christmas markets’.

For something a little bit different, why not pop over to #digmas next weekend, Saturday 26th November? With live music from our favourite girls The Glamophones, street food, pop up bars and crafts for the kids, it really is a day out for everyone!

If the theatre is more your thing, then get booking for Birmingham’s favourite pantomime. Expect plenty of laughs, outrageous costumes and some amazing special effects at this year’s performance of Dick Whittington. The perfect treat for all the family, and the only way to get the festivities started. Performances begin on Monday 19th December. Book your tickets online via The Hippodrome website.

New Year’s Eve2017

Whatever your plans are this New Year’s Eve, see 2017 in style with a glass of your favourite and an overnight stay in one of our stylish rooms. There’s lots going on in the city and we’re only five minutes away. Drop off your car, pop on your gladrags and make The Town House your home for the night. Rooms are already getting booked up, so book online or give us a call.

Brilliant lunch for our daughters birthday on 31st December. First visit But won't be our last. great selection of beers and wine. Beer served in a pint jug which I like and is now a bit of a rarity these days. Thank You.
