The High Field Town House
We’ve opened a boutique hotel, The High Field Town House in Edgbaston. Just next door. 
From Wednesday 8th June, you can eat, drink and now stay with us too, with the Town House offering a real haven in Birmingham’s premier suburb, a strong contrast to the modern hotels that largely make up the surrounding hotel scene.
Occupying a classic 1860’s Victorian villa, we have carefully restored the building to maintain its character and original features, bringing country house comfort and style to the city. The design is made up of a restful pale aqua and grey colour scheme with bolder shades of teal in the Sitting Room, our answer to a hotel lobby.
Each of the 12 bedroom suites is individually styled, furnished with antique period furniture and colourful hand-printed wallpaper from the Cotswolds finest. English woven curtains and beds sit amongst free-standing roll-top baths. The Sitting Room is home to our honesty bar in a beautiful old French cupboard, the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing drink before your evening starts or early morning read of the day’s papers.
Nestled into Edgbaston’s leafy scenery, the Town House feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of Birmingham’s city centre, yet close enough to relieve any shopping needs.
